Producer's Notes: "The Yalloppin’ Hounds are legendary in the New York City swing scene. Equal parts talent and swagger have driven their unique fusion of jazz and hip hop, coined “ghetto swing” by bandleader and alto saxophonist Joey “G-Clef” Cavaseno. Rising to popularity during the neoswing craze in the late-90s, the band has deservedly outlasted their trendy contemporaries. On their 2009 album “The Great Recession”, Trumpeter Brian Sledge teams up with vocalist Leigh Vaiano to playfully deliver “Can You Make It Swing For Me”, a duet as timeless as any from Louis & Ella! - Jesse"
